Fensport iQ3, 1.33 litre, 6 Speed manual transmission

We took delivery of our iQ3 late in November 2009, the car ran standard for just 3 days to evaluate the standard suspension. Day 4 dawned and a Tein coilover kit was fitted and testing of wheel alignment settings commenced.

We also added some front camber bolts, 1.8 degrees of negative camber and lowered the car by approx 40mm.

Next addition was some lovely Blitz BRW wheels in pearl white and a set of Toyo T1R's.

The car has been totally transformed in both looks and handling, both pitch and roll is under control and the car has a very neutral balance. The grip levels are literally quite amazing and the iQ is now well capable of giant killing feats in the twisty's !!

We have covered over 2,000 miles of twisty 'B' road testing and we are all agreed that the iQ is now a great handling fun car.

Next is an induction kit and exhaust system which is still under R&D.
