Celica built by Toyota Racing Developments.
The
TRD M Sport is a highly sought after vehicle and
should not be compared to the "normal celica"
TRD
modifications from the factory include -
Stronger
and stiffer bodyshell with extra spot welding and
suspension mount stiffening, reduced soundproofing.
The
engine produces 200bhp and is hand built using high
compression forged pistons. Sports air filter and
a 4 branch exhaust manifold. Lightweight flywheel
and uprated clutch. Engine response and mid range
torque is vastly improved over standard.
The
6 speed manual gearbox has a helical lsd and a quickshift
gearchange mechanism.
Uprated
front and rear shock absorbers, uprated and lowered
road springs and stiffer rear anti roll bar.
Unique
TRD interior with colour coded airbag steering wheel
and leather gearknob. TRD 10,000rpm 240mph instrument
panel. Sports metal pedals.
Unique
TRD Bodykit, consisting of sideskirts, rear spoiler
and rear bumper extensions.
New
TTE 17inch multi spoke alloys with new toyo T1R
tyres.
This
car also benefits from ABS, Dual airbags, Air Conditioning,
Full electrics, fogllights etc etc
Mileage shown is 89,000,
however previous owner insists the clock was not
changed when upgraded from km to mph, and true mileage
