When ordering items via the Telephone please have Credit Card and exact Model Details/Year to hand so that we can deal with your order efficiently. In the case of electrical items it would help greatly if you can quote the Part No. (Usually found printed on the Part). NOTE - Some electrical parts can not be returned. | Warranty: |
All new Products supplied will have the manufacturers warranty from date of purchase. All second-hand Parts will have our own warranty which is 3 months from date of purchase, and covers the replacement of the part(s), or a refund of the original purchase price. Some Japanese Import engines and conversions may have 6 months warranty. In the unlikely event of a claim, the faulty part(s) must be returned to us carriage paid for inspection. Sorry but We do not cover any labour or consequential losses. All warranty's apply to normal road cars only excluding competition Parts. |

We have no problem in shipping world wide. Please be aware that local customs duties and import taxes may apply. Please contact your local customs office for further information regarding importing goods into your particular country. NOTE: please be aware our experience is with UK and Japanese Domestic market models. We may not be aware of foreign market differences. Parts are bought at your own risk, we will accept returns subject to at least a 10% restocking fee (some products my attract a higher charge), and as long as the carriage charges are fully paid. Special order parts can not be returned.
